刮刀下部卸料離心機(jī)為立式全自動(dòng)過(guò)濾離心機(jī)。電機(jī)通過(guò)皮帶驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，待分離的物料在預(yù)先編制的程序控制下，通過(guò)進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。

在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下，物料通過(guò)過(guò)濾介質(zhì)(濾布/濾網(wǎng))的過(guò)濾，液相經(jīng)出液管排出機(jī)外，固相則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。物料檢測(cè)裝置實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)物料充填位置，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)濾餅達(dá)到機(jī)器規(guī)定的裝料量時(shí)，停止進(jìn)料。然后對(duì)濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌、甩干。濾餅達(dá)到脫液要求后，離心機(jī)降低到刮料速度，刮刀裝置在液(氣)動(dòng)控制下將濾餅刮下，并經(jīng)離心機(jī)下部的出料口排出。

The bottom discharge centrifuge of scraper is vertical automatic filtration centrifuge.The motor drives the drum through the belt to rotate at a high speed. The material to be separated is controlled by a pre-programmed program and enters the centrifuge drum at a high speed through the feeding system.

Under the action of centrifugal force field, the material passes through the filtration medium (filter cloth/filter net), the liquid phase is discharged through the outlet pipe, and the solid phase is trapped in the drum.The material detection device detects the filling position of the material in real time. When the filter cake inside the drum reaches the loading quantity specified by the machine, the feeding is stopped.Then wash and dry the filter cake.After the filter cake meets the requirements of liquid removal, the centrifuge will reduce to the speed of scraping. The scraper device will scrape the filter cake under the control of liquid (gas) and discharge it through the discharge port at the bottom of the centrifuge.

主要用于含有固相顆粒的懸浮液的固液分離，也可以用于纖維狀物料的固液分離。特別是對(duì)粘度高、粒度細(xì)、有毒、易燃易爆物料的分離。

如抗生素、維生素、醫(yī)藥中間體等醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品，食鹽、味精、食品添加劑、淀粉、制糖、化學(xué)調(diào)味劑等食品，硫銨、石膏、、硫酸銅、、硼砂、染料、顏料、樹(shù)脂、農(nóng)藥藥劑等化工原料，以及礦山環(huán)保等行業(yè)中的固液分離工作。離心機(jī)自動(dòng)化程度高，處理量大，可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程控制。
