3.工作原理.png

主機開動至一定轉(zhuǎn)速(中速)后，物料經(jīng)進料管、加料管，進入離心機轉(zhuǎn)鼓，并在離心力場的作用下，液體經(jīng)篩網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔甩出轉(zhuǎn)鼓外。截留在篩網(wǎng)上的濾餅，待轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)濾餅達到設定量后，停止加料，關閉進料閥，在洗滌和高速甩干后，將主機在低速運轉(zhuǎn)下由刮刀將濾餅刮下，濾餅則由出料斗將濾餅卸出。

根據(jù)用戶工藝要求及物料特性的不同，每道工序(進料、脫液、刮料等)所需時間，均可在開車前通過編程器做出相應的調(diào)整，本機自動化操作可近距離操作，也可遠程控制。本機可進行人工操作，人工操作各工序的進行。則受操作者控制。

上懸式全自動離心機在離心力場作用下，分離、洗滌效果好，對物料的適應性，適用于分離含固相顆?！?.05毫米的懸浮液，采用液壓窄刮刀、低速封閉式卸料、卸餅性能好、晶粒不易破碎，適用于熱敏感性強的物料的分離。

廣泛應用于化工、醫(yī)藥、食品輕工等領域。
