送紙部分采用抽紙皮帶進行底部抽紙，去除離合控制方式。以此實現(xiàn)不停機連續(xù)加紙，間斷式皮帶輸送采用伺服控制，根據(jù)紙張長短可調(diào)整間斷輸送長短，多條輸送皮帶都裝有齒輪和齒條裝置，可調(diào)整皮帶的左右位置。

印膠部分采用柔性模版印膠，模版形狀可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品需要刻制。安裝模版的輥刻有基準線，安裝模版需準確、方便、快捷，印膠左右位置可隨意調(diào)整，前后位置調(diào)整采用正位調(diào)整器調(diào)整，可不停機調(diào)整印膠的前后左右位置。

貼膜部分采用伺服調(diào)速裝置，由電腦直接輸入調(diào)整，能保證不停機調(diào)整膜的長短。采用輥刀自動裁切膜的長短；自動壓出膜的鋸齒線，自動分切膜的開口，采用吸氣管輥將膜吸貼到紙盒上，可不停機調(diào)整膜前后左右位置。
