　　超細(xì)微粉磨是在積累了多年磨粉機(jī)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，吸納了的機(jī)械制造技術(shù)，并經(jīng)過多年的試驗(yàn)與改進(jìn)而開發(fā)的一種新型超細(xì)粉(325-2500目)加工設(shè)備。主要只用于對中、低硬度，莫氏硬度≤6級的非易燃易爆的脆性物料的超細(xì)粉加工，細(xì)粉成品粒度在325-3000目之間任意調(diào)節(jié)，產(chǎn)量可達(dá)0.4-4.5噸每小時。

　　Superfine powder mill is a new type of superfine powder (325-2500mesh) processing equipment, which is developedon the basis of many years of experience in the production of grinding machine, absorbing the international advancedmachinery manufacturing technology, and through many years of experiment and improvement. It is mainly used forprocessing non inflammable and explosive bittle materials with medium and low hardness and Mohs hardness s 6. Theparticle size of fine powder can be adjusted between 325-3000 mesh, and the output can reach 0.4-4.5tons per hour.

　　工作原理/working principle

　　主機(jī)電動機(jī)通過減速器帶動主軸及轉(zhuǎn)盤旋轉(zhuǎn)，轉(zhuǎn)盤邊緣的輥銷帶動幾十個磨輥這磨環(huán)滾道內(nèi)滾動。大塊物料經(jīng)錘式破碎機(jī)破碎成小顆粒后提升機(jī)送入儲料倉，再經(jīng)過震動給料機(jī)和傾斜的進(jìn)料管，將物料均勻地送到轉(zhuǎn)盤上部的散料盤上。物料這離心力的作用下散向圓周邊，并落入磨環(huán)的滾道內(nèi)被環(huán)輥沖擊、滾輾、研磨，經(jīng)過三層環(huán)道的加工變成粉體，高壓風(fēng)機(jī)通過抽吸作用將外部空氣吸入機(jī)內(nèi)，并將粉碎后的物料帶入選粉機(jī)內(nèi)。選粉機(jī)內(nèi)旋轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪使粗物料回落重磨，符合要求的細(xì)粉則隨氣流進(jìn)入旋風(fēng)集粉器并由其下部的卸料閥排出即為成品，而帶有少量粉塵的氣流則經(jīng)過脈沖除塵器后通過風(fēng)機(jī)和消聲器排出。

　　The main motor drives the spindle and the turntable to rotate through the reducer, and the roller pin at the edge of theturntable drives dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway. After large pieces of material are broken intosmall particles by hammer crusher, the elevator is sent to the storage bin, and then the material is evenly sent to the bulk trayon the upper part of the rotary table through vibrating feeder and inclined feeding pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force,the material disperses to the periphery of the circle and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring. It is impacted, rolled andground by the ring roller. After the processing of the three-layer raceway, it becomes powder. The high-pressure fan sucksthe external air into the machine through the suction action, and brings the crushed material into the powder separator. Therotating impeller in the separator makes the coarse material fall back for regrinding. The fine powder that meets therequirements enters the cyclone collector with the air flow and is discharged by the discharge valve at the lower part of thecyclone collector. The air flow with a small amount of dust is discharged through the fan and muffler after passing through thepulse dust collector.
