LLW型臥式螺旋卸料過濾式離心機(jī)是種能耗低、性能穩(wěn)定、分離效果好的機(jī)型。分離過程中的進(jìn)料、脫水、洗滌、卸料等工序連續(xù)完成，生產(chǎn)效率和自動(dòng)化程度高，是種*的固液分離設(shè)備。

懸浮液從進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入螺旋內(nèi)腔，并通過螺旋小頭接近錐端底部的噴料口進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下，料漿中的液相通過鋪設(shè)在轉(zhuǎn)壁上的篩網(wǎng)被過濾出去，固相顆粒則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)；同時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)的固相顆粒在離心力和螺旋與轉(zhuǎn)鼓之間的相對(duì)差速作用下，從轉(zhuǎn)鼓小端向轉(zhuǎn)鼓大端運(yùn)動(dòng)，在此運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中，由于回轉(zhuǎn)直徑的加大，離心力得到快速遞增，固相從初始進(jìn)入時(shí)的較高含濕量到排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓時(shí)達(dá)到含濕量固相，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)固液相自動(dòng)、連續(xù)的分離。

離心機(jī)內(nèi)置洗滌管，可在濾餅過濾的同時(shí)對(duì)濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌。由于是薄層濾餅洗滌，洗滌效果好，洗滌液消耗低。在轉(zhuǎn)鼓背面可設(shè)計(jì)蒸汽管，對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)鼓背面結(jié)晶的物料進(jìn)行高溫洗滌。螺旋差速器有擺線差速器，行星差速器和液壓差速器三種配置，滿足不同物料的分離。

The centrifuge has built-in washing tube, which can wash the filter cake while filtering it.Since it is a thin layer filter cake washing, the washing effect is good and the detergent consumption is low.The steam pipe can be designed on the back of the drum, and the crystallized material on the back of the drum can be washed at high temperature.Screw differential has three kinds of configuration, cycloid differential, planetary differential and hydraulic differential, which can meet the separation of different materials.

因其分離原理和結(jié)構(gòu)特性，其對(duì)物料的針對(duì)性也較強(qiáng)，主要適用于具有較大顆粒度、對(duì)顆粒破碎沒有嚴(yán)格要求的物料。在選型時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行物料分析和相應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)，以確定其適用和分離性能。
