離心機(jī)均為上部卸料密閉型、間歇操作的過濾設(shè)備。物料由密閉機(jī)殼上的進(jìn)料管加人轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場作用下，液相穿過過濾介質(zhì)排出機(jī)外，固相物截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，停機(jī)后打開機(jī)蓋從上部卸料。具有運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、操作簡便和進(jìn)料、洗滌、脫水在密閉狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行等特點。
無基礎(chǔ)安裝，取消了傳統(tǒng)三足式懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)，簡化安裝過程，設(shè)計合理，結(jié)構(gòu)新穎簡潔，外觀美觀，清洗方便，基礎(chǔ)平板即為工作操作平臺，操作維護(hù)方便。
轉(zhuǎn)鼓、機(jī)殼、基礎(chǔ)平板均拋光處理；所有緊固件軍為不銹鋼；傳動部件均為不銹鋼封閉；密封件均為硅橡膠，配清洗噴淋系統(tǒng)，整機(jī)符合GMP衛(wèi)生要求。
與平板連接的進(jìn)口高粘度液態(tài)阻尼劑式隔振器使離心機(jī)因振動產(chǎn)生的能量全部被隔振器吸收，對基礎(chǔ)地面及周邊設(shè)備無振動干擾。
機(jī)殼配置全開大翻蓋，卸料方便，密閉性好，特別適用于有毒、有害介質(zhì)的固液分離，采用防爆電機(jī)變頻驅(qū)動、防靜電三角帶、充氮保護(hù)可適用于易燃易爆物料的固液分離。
整機(jī)密閉性、防爆性、潔凈度好。

Centrifuges are closed upper discharge type, intermittent operation of filtration equipment.The material is added into the rotary drum by the feeding tube on the airtight housing. Under the action of centrifugal force field, the liquid phase passes through the filtration medium and is discharged from the machine. The solid phase material is retained in the rotary drum.It has the characteristics of smooth operation, simple operation, feeding, washing and dehydration in the closed state.
Without foundation installation, the traditional three-legged suspension structure is cancelled, the installation process is simplified, the design is reasonable, the structure is novel and simple, the appearance is beautiful, and the cleaning is convenient.
Drum, housing, foundation plate are polished;All fasteners are stainless steel;The transmission parts are sealed with stainless steel;Seals are silicone rubber, with cleaning spray system, the whole machine in line with GMP health requirements.
The imported high viscosity liquid damping agent type vibration isolator connected with the plate makes all the energy generated by the vibration of the centrifuge be absorbed by the vibration isolator and has no vibration interference to the foundation ground and surrounding equipment.
The machine case is equipped with fully open big cover, convenient unloading, good tightness, especially suitable for solid and liquid separation of toxic and harmful media, the use of explosion-proof motor frequency conversion drive, anti-static triangle belt, nitrogen protection can be applied to the solid and liquid separation of inflammable and explosive materials.
The whole machine is airtight, explosion-proof and clean.

3.工作原理.png

待分離的物料經(jīng)進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，在離心力場的作用下，物料通過濾布（濾網(wǎng)）過濾，液相經(jīng)出液管排出，固相則截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。

待轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)濾餅達(dá)到機(jī)器規(guī)定的裝料量時，停止進(jìn)料，對濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌，同時將洗滌液濾出。濾餅脫液達(dá)到要求后，停機(jī)。專用的吊具將濾袋連同濾餅一起吊出至卸料處，打開卸料口，將濾餅卸出，然后將濾袋復(fù)位，進(jìn)入待機(jī)狀態(tài)。

When the filter cake inside the drum reaches the loading quantity specified by the machine, stop feeding, wash the filter cake and filter out the washing liquid at the same time.When the filter cake dewatering meets the requirements, stop the machine.The special spreader lifts the filter bag together with the filter cake to the designated unloading place, opens the unloading port, discharges the filter cake, and then resets the filter bag and enters the standby state.
