導(dǎo)熱油爐是基于強(qiáng)制循環(huán)的設(shè)計(jì)思維而開(kāi)發(fā)的直流式特種鍋爐。

封閉循環(huán)供熱，通過(guò)膨脹油槽與大氣相通，液體輸送熱能，熱損失少，節(jié)能，環(huán)保效果好。

本體采用煙氣三回程盤(pán)管設(shè)計(jì)，這種直流式結(jié)構(gòu)，決定了傳統(tǒng)鍋爐所不具有的安全性。

由于采用盤(pán)管設(shè)計(jì)，因此，受熱面充足，使其有較高的熱效率。

導(dǎo)熱油鍋爐，顯著的特點(diǎn)是逆流換熱，燃燒排煙溫度與熱導(dǎo)油出口溫差在30%左右。

導(dǎo)熱油鍋爐具有的性能結(jié)構(gòu)、簡(jiǎn)潔的結(jié)構(gòu)，主要是在較低的壓力下運(yùn)行，獲取450C左右的工作溫度，具有低壓高溫特點(diǎn)。

使用導(dǎo)熱油作為熱載體的油、氣的熱載體鍋爐，系統(tǒng)應(yīng)配備膨脹槽，儲(chǔ)油罐、安全組件、測(cè)量?jī)x表和控制裝置，循環(huán)油泵應(yīng)一用一備并與燃燒機(jī)互為為連鎖。

為確保導(dǎo)熱油的正常使用壽命和導(dǎo)熱效果，嚴(yán)禁超溫使用。
