電壓采集是通過高壓變壓器的儀表輸出端的輸出電壓經(jīng)過傳感電路送至計算機軟件，電流測量方式是通過電流傳感器直接測量高壓回路的電流值來得到準確數(shù)據(jù)。
由于擊穿前的表面放電的強度和延續(xù)時間對大多數(shù)材料測得的電氣強度有明顯的影響，為了設計直到試驗電壓無局放電的電氣設備，必須知道材料擊穿前無放電的電氣強度。
本廠生產(chǎn)的電壓電流采集卡可以同時采集從變壓器儀表端采集下來的電壓值和從高壓回路當中采集下來的電流值，并通過232通訊的方式傳送給計算機軟件。
