工作原理   Work Principle

        RFL型系列立式金屬體間接加熱的熱風(fēng)爐,是我廠(chǎng)結(jié)合多年熱源加熱的實(shí)際使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)開(kāi)發(fā)的新型、高效能設(shè)備。該產(chǎn)品以爐體高溫段換熱和多層逆順導(dǎo)流的間接加熱技術(shù)相結(jié)合，集燃燒與換熱為一體。煙氣和空氣各行其道，加熱無(wú)污染，熱效率高達(dá)70%以上。該爐具有升溫快、耗能低、體積小、安裝方便、使用可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。由于采用了耐高溫技術(shù)，其壽命比列管熱風(fēng)爐大大提高，且熱性能更穩(wěn)定，輸出熱風(fēng)溫度可高達(dá)250度，并可使用煤、柴作燃料。該爐的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)均處于國(guó)內(nèi)水平，并廣泛用于化工、食品、橡膠、水產(chǎn)品、醫(yī)藥、飼料及農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品干燥加工等行業(yè)。

    This efficient and new style of indirect-heating metal burner is designed and developed based on our long-termed practical experience. Combining the indirect heating technology of heat transfer in high temperature section and flow exchanged among different sections, it allows burning and heat transferring happen in the same time.

    It creates no pollution as the smoke and the gas are separated. With over 70% heat efficiency , the burner features rapid heat, low consumption, small volume, easy to install and safe in operation.

    With the use of high-temperature-resistant material, comparing with the pipe burner, it provides longer life time and more stable performance. The output temperature is up to 250℃. Either coal or firewood is available for the burner as fuel.

With the technical standard in domestic leading level, the burner is wildly used in chemical industry, food industry, rubber industry, fishery industry, pharmaceutical industry, feed industry, agriculture industry and so on.
