17020 - 支氣管痙攣傳感器
支氣管痙攣傳感器是設(shè)計(jì)用于肺研究中（尤其是哮喘研究）支氣管痙攣測試。從而提供給研究者評估藥物誘導(dǎo)痙攣效應(yīng)一個新的方法，而不必采用呼吸動力學(xué)的方式。該儀器主體是一空氣流量計(jì)，配備一可調(diào)節(jié)壓力閾值的進(jìn)水閥。它可連接17400-數(shù)據(jù)記錄儀或者其它數(shù)據(jù)記錄設(shè)備，也可連接圖標(biāo)記錄儀。整個設(shè)備是有機(jī)玻璃制成的封閉空間，有自身的供電和控制系統(tǒng)。
17020支氣管痙攣傳感器是誘導(dǎo)相反作用藥物篩選的有效工具，例如，支氣管擴(kuò)張，組胺和緩激肽等拮抗藥物的作用。值得注意的是，支氣管痙攣測試一般是利用豚鼠進(jìn)行的
