一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

本機(jī)系將要造粒的干粉體放入呈一定傾角的圓盤形容器內(nèi)，圓盤在傳動系統(tǒng)帶動下作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動，布設(shè)于圓盤邊緣附近的噴霧器向粉體物料噴入霧狀粘結(jié)劑，物料在潤濕與重力作用下不斷滾動同時粘結(jié)細(xì)粉不斷地長大，最終形成濕的球狀顆粒。

本機(jī)廣泛適用于2-8mm直徑的球形造粒工藝，如：復(fù)合肥、小丸劑等。

   The dry powder materials to be pelletized will be placed in the disc container with certain inclination; the disc rotates under the driving action of drive system, and the sprayer set adjacent to the disc sprays mist binder to the powder materials, which will roll under the wetting and gravity actions and bind with fine powders to gradually grow, finally form the wet spherical particle.

   The equipment is applicable to the process of spherical pelleting with diameter of 2-8mm, such as compound fertilizer and small pellet.
