BDH-20KV耐電弧試驗(yàn)儀
一、耐電弧試驗(yàn)儀的特點(diǎn)和選擇功能特點(diǎn)：
1、試驗(yàn)?zāi)馨聪卤碜詣?dòng)進(jìn)行，并顯示各試驗(yàn)過(guò)程。
注：隨著國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)版本的不斷更新，我們將提供附合新版本國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的程序芯片，保證用戶(hù)的軟件不斷升級(jí)。
2、電弧通斷時(shí)間誤差： 小于 ±10ms。
3、按照 IEC 61621：1997的要求，設(shè)計(jì)了新的電極架。該新電極架可以調(diào)節(jié)電極對(duì)試樣壓力為0.5±0.05N；可以使兩電極對(duì)準(zhǔn)；可以調(diào)節(jié)電極間距離、夾角，使各參數(shù)*符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
4、能自動(dòng)運(yùn)行10、20、30、40mA連續(xù)電弧試驗(yàn)。

3. According to the requirements of Zui new IEC 61621:1997, a new electrode holder is designed. The new electrode holder can adjust the pressure of the electrode to the sample to 0.5 ± 0.05N, make the two electrodes aligned, and adjust the distance and angle between the electrodes, so that the parameters can meet the requirements of the standard completely.
4. It can automatically run 10, 20, 30, 40 Ma continuous arc test.
二、耐電弧試驗(yàn)儀的特點(diǎn)和選擇主要適用范圍
本試驗(yàn)機(jī)主要適用于固體絕緣材料如：塑料、薄膜、樹(shù)脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣油、絕緣漆、紙板等介質(zhì)的耐電弧性能測(cè)試；
耐電弧試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制，試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中可在線觀察試驗(yàn)曲線；自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)試驗(yàn)條件及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果等數(shù)據(jù)，并可存取、顯示、打印材料的耐電弧性，系指當(dāng)在靠近固體絕緣材料表面產(chǎn)生電弧放電時(shí)，由于產(chǎn)生熱、化學(xué)分解，或被侵蝕等，在試樣表面形成碳化導(dǎo)電通路，使之喪失絕緣性能的現(xiàn)象。
三、耐電弧試驗(yàn)儀使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
BDH-20KV型耐電弧測(cè)試儀是根據(jù)GB 1411-78《固體電工絕緣材料高壓小電流間歇耐電弧試驗(yàn)方法》、IEC 61621及AST D495設(shè)計(jì)、制造的，并符合JEC 149、UL 746A等試驗(yàn)方法。
本儀器是在相距6.35mm的兩鎢棒電極上，由間隙到連續(xù)施加12500Ｖ電壓和10～40mA工頻的電弧電流，使試樣表面經(jīng)受逐漸嚴(yán)酷的燃弧條件，從而較細(xì)地分辨出材料的耐電弧性，以從電弧產(chǎn)生至材料破壞所經(jīng)過(guò)的全部時(shí)間作為評(píng)定結(jié)果。
它廣泛應(yīng)用于電機(jī)、電器和家用電器等行業(yè)的電工用塑料、樹(shù)脂膠和絕緣漆等絕緣材料的耐電弧性能評(píng)定。
BDH-20KV型耐電弧測(cè)試儀,為了適應(yīng)貫徹即將頒布的新國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（與IEC 61621：1997等同），增加了按IEC 61621：1997編制的新程序。即既可用于現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，又可按新國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)運(yùn)行。
