微流控制備儀描述:

MPE-P1微流控制備儀,是中試型制備系統(tǒng),可用于脂質(zhì)納米顆粒LNP、聚合物納米顆粒、脂質(zhì)體Liposome、微乳Emulsion等微納米制劑中試規(guī)模制備工藝開發(fā), 助力核酸藥物、小分子藥物DDS系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化研究。設(shè)備采用集成式觸屏操作,系 統(tǒng)配置批次記錄、數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出等功能,便捷高效。MPE-P1中試型微流控制備儀,支持 高濃度和高流速下LNP、Liposome等微粒的制備,結(jié)果穩(wěn)定,重現(xiàn)性高,可為生產(chǎn) 放大提供詳實(shí)、可靠、全面的工藝數(shù)據(jù)。

Microfluidic Technology


微流控(Microfluidic)技術(shù)是一種基于(微)流體力學(xué)理論,在管線中實(shí)現(xiàn)樣品制備與加工的技術(shù)。的將微流體的理化模型與流體力學(xué)理論相結(jié)合,可實(shí)現(xiàn)樣品的混合、乳化及分離純化等功能。

Microfluidic technology is a kind of technology based on the theory of Microfluidicsfluid mechanics, which can realize the sample preparation and processing in the pipeline. The perfect combination of the physical and chemical model of microfluidics and the theory of hydrodynamics can realized the functions of sample mixing, emulsification, separation and purification.


微流控技術(shù)將過程控制技術(shù)(Process Control Technology,PCT)與過程分析技術(shù)(Process Analytical TechnologyPAT)相結(jié)合,可實(shí)現(xiàn)良好的在線樣品制備技術(shù)(On-line Preparation Technology,OPT)。樣品在連續(xù)化制備的過程中,工藝過程中參數(shù)可控,且具備良好重現(xiàn)性,所以較傳統(tǒng)分步割裂式制備、分批次生產(chǎn)的方法來說更具有可放大性。

Microfluidic technology combines process control technology (PCT) with process analytical technology (PAT) to realize good on-line preparation technology (OPT). In the process of continuous preparation, the parameters in the process are completely controllable and have good reproducibility, so it can be better applied applied to production than traditional method of step-by-step split preparation and batch production.


可實(shí)現(xiàn)樣品的初乳化、復(fù)乳化、粒徑控制功能。

Can realize the functions of initial emulsification, re-emulsification and particle size control. 


微流控制備系統(tǒng)通過制備泵和高壓輸送泵與微流控芯片相連接,A相和B相可按照一定的比例恒速的輸送至芯片中進(jìn)行混合,乳化。在微流控芯片中通過設(shè)計(jì)不同的流道結(jié)構(gòu),控制不同的速度,使得樣品在微流控芯片中達(dá)到湍流、層流或霧化狀態(tài),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)樣品的初乳化或復(fù)乳化的要求。

Microfluidic preparation system is connected with microfluidic chip by fabricating pump and high-pressure conveying pump. Phase A and phase B can be mixed and emulsified at constant speed in a certain proportion. In microfluidic chips, different runner structures are designed and different velocities are controlled to make the samples turbulent, laminar or atomized in the microfluidic chips, which can meet the requirements of pre-emulsification  or re-emulsification.


制備好的樣品通過高壓泵輸送至高壓微流控芯片中,通過撞擊力和剪切力來控制粒徑,使其達(dá)到所需范圍內(nèi)。粒徑最小可達(dá)到100nm以內(nèi),PDI0.1以下。

The prepared samples were transported to the high pressure microfluidic chip by high-pressure pump, and the particle size was controlled by impact force and shear force to reach the required range. The smallest particle size can be less than 100nm, and PDI can be less than 0.1.

微流控芯片是基于應(yīng)用工藝的定制型特殊流道結(jié)構(gòu)部件,其通道結(jié)構(gòu)和尺寸均與項(xiàng)目工藝需求相結(jié)合,屬定制型結(jié)構(gòu)件。具體來說可實(shí)現(xiàn)以下四種功能:

Microfluidic chip is a customized special channel structure component based on the application process. Its channel structure and size are combined with the process requirements of the project. Specifically, the following four functions can be realized:


(1)     兩相的混合、乳化;

Mixing and emulsification of two phases;


(2)     微粒形成后的孵育;

Incubation after particle formation;


(3)     微粒形成后的粒徑控制;

(4)     二次混合或乳化。

Secondary mixing or emulsification after particle formation.
